How to Enrol

How To Enrol

We welcome children from 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Our centre is open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, for 50 weeks of the year. We close for two weeks over Christmas and on public holidays.

Step 1: Book a Tour

We encourage families to book a tour to visit our Service and meet our educators before enrolling. Book a Tour With Us Now!

Step 2: Complete the Enrolment Form

You will need to complete an enrolment form and provide the following documents: Complete our online Enrolment Form HERE.

  • Birth certificate or identity documents
  • Medicare number (if available)
  • Immunisation history from the Australian Immunisation Register
  • Certified copies of any court orders or parenting plans

If your child has a disability, please speak to the nominated supervisor before enrolling. We aim to provide inclusive support and may apply for assistance through the Inclusion Support Program.

Step 3: Payment Terms and Fee Structure

Fees must be paid within seven days from date of statement. Payment is via direct debit, EFTPOS, or bank transfer.

Current Fees (as of 21 July 2025)

  • Long Day Care: $140/day
  • Vacation Care: $150/day
  • Before School: $49/day
  • After School: $52/day

Step 4: Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

To receive CCS:

  • Provide correct CRNs and dates of birth for both child and linked parent
  • Approve the Complying Written Agreement (CWA) via MyGov

CCS is paid directly to our Service and applied as a fee reduction. Families pay the gap fee.

Step 5: Orientation

We encourage each child to attend orientation visits with a family member before their first day. This helps children settle and understand routines. The nominated supervisor will contact you to arrange suitable times.

Authorised Nominees

You must list authorised nominees on the enrolment form. These people can:

  • Collect your child
  • Approve medical treatment or transport
  • Approve excursions

Excursions and Media Consent

You will be asked to provide written authorisation for excursions and permission for photographs or videos. We follow the National Model Code for taking images in early childhood education.
