Wirrabirra Childcare & Early Learning Centre, is a not-for-profit committee operated organisation, that has proudly served families of Gosnells and helped little people grow since 1985.

All income generated by our not-for-profit centre, including fees and government subsidies, is reinvested into the centre. Our goal is to reinvest any surplus revenue back into the centre to improve services, facilities, or staff development.

But we still need to fundraise, Fundraising is crucial for nonprofits for several reasons:

1. Sustainability: Nonprofits rely on fundraising to secure the financial resources needed to maintain their operations. This includes covering salaries, rent, utilities, and other overhead costs.

5. Financial Resilience: Diversifying funding sources through various fundraising methods (individual donations, corporate sponsorships, events, etc.) helps nonprofits withstand economic downturns or changes in funding landscapes.
6. Awareness and Advocacy: Fundraising campaigns often raise awareness about the nonprofit’s cause, helping to educate the public and advocate for social change. This can lead to increased support and visibility
